This email is your confirmation of receipt \u2014 please keep it.<\/li>\n<li>We will review your declaration and get back to you with the next steps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Please return the goods only after our reply.<\/strong> We will tell you<br \/>\n        then the return address and clarify the costs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Deadline and costs<\/h2>\n<p>The withdrawal period is 14 days. For goods, it begins as soon as you have received the goods. To<br \/>\n      meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the declaration before the period expires \u2014 for the online declaration<br \/>\n      it is deemed submitted in time under \u00a7 13a(6) FAGG if you have transmitted it before the deadline<br \/>\n      have.<\/p>\n<p>If you validly withdraw, we will refund all payments including standard delivery costs<br \/>\n      promptly, at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your declaration is received by us. For the<br \/>\n      refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used.<\/p>\n<p>You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
