What happens next

1. You fill out the form and confirm with „Confirm withdrawal“.
2. You will receive an email without delay, which contains the content of your declaration as well as the date
   and records the time of receipt. This email is your confirmation of receipt — please keep it.
3. We will review your declaration and get back to you with the next steps.
4. Please return the goods only after our reply. We will tell you
   then the return address and clarify the costs.

Deadline and costs

The withdrawal period is 14 days. For goods, it begins as soon as you have received the goods. To
meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the declaration before the period expires — for the online declaration
it is deemed submitted in time under § 13a(6) FAGG if you have transmitted it before the deadline
have.

If you validly withdraw, we will refund all payments including standard delivery costs
promptly, at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your declaration is received by us. For the
refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot
be sent by post, we will tell you the amount of the return costs before the
return.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal under § 18 FAGG for, among other things:

• goods that were individually made according to your specifications or clearly tailored to you
• sealed goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return
  if the seal has been opened
• digital content not delivered on a physical medium if you
  have expressly consented and confirmed your knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal

fastest way and, under § 13a(6) FAGG, is deemed timely if you submit it before the deadline expires.
