Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is technical maintenance: we make sure the server runs, updates are installed and backups are made. Pro is a true managed service: we actively monitor the health of your applications (e.g. "Is the database too slow?"), review security logs and test updates manually before rolling them out.
Do I need to learn Linux?
No. Absolutely not. All applications (Odoo, Nextcloud, etc.) have graphical interfaces, exactly as you are used to. Server management via Coolify also works purely visually in the browser.
What happens in case of a server failure?
Thanks to automated backups (included in both packages), we can restore your server on new hardware in the shortest possible time. Your data is stored safely on separate storage systems.
Can I switch from Starter to the Pro plan?
Yes, at any time for the next month. As your business grows and requirements increase, our service simply grows with you.
Who owns my data?
You do. 100%. The Hetzner Cloud account is registered in your name. All root access belongs to you. We are your IT partner – not the owner of your data.
