Both packages include everything you need to get started. They differ in how far we tailor your environment to your way of working.
GitLab platform ready to go
For teams that want to run GitLab themselves without having to deal with server, container and certificate topics. After handover, you can start working immediately.
- Set up and secure Hetzner cloud servers – firewall, updates, access
- Install and configure Coolify – deployments, projects, environments
- Install and activate GitLab: Community Edition, Premium or Ultimate
- Email delivery for your projects: SMTP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC for the sender domain
- Custom contact page in the look of lumi-systems.io – inquiries go directly to you
- Handover to operations: access, backup, instruction, contact person
Not included: extended GitLab customizations, AI configurations and automations.
GitLab platform plus PM-Suite
Everything from the Starter package, additionally tailored to your way of working – with a project management interface on top of your GitLab instance.
- Custom adaptations to GitLab and your environment: structures, roles, templates
- PM-Suite: overview with KPIs, control, portfolio, issues, and roadmap in one view
- GitLab remains the leader – the suite consolidates instead of duplicating data
- Setup of your project groups and daily views
Not included: AI management, automations, and ongoing development.
Ongoing support (optional)
To keep your platform up to date and available: updates, backups including restore tests, monitoring, and response to incidents within 4 hours on business days.
from €210/month in the Starter package (two engineering hours included), from €420/month with PM-Suite (four hours). No 24/7 on-call service – on-call is a separate contract.
How the price is determined
The final price depends on three things: server size, number of users and projects, and depth of customizations. After the initial consultation, you receive a binding fixed price – no timesheets, no surprises.
All prices excl. VAT. Pursuant to § 6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG, no VAT is charged.

Good to know before you decide 🔗
Four points that are missing from most offers – and that influence your decision.
„Free“ is a tier, CE/EE is an edition
A Free instance can be the Community Edition or an unlicensed Enterprise Edition. We set up both and activate your license on request.
No user limit on your server
The well-known 5-user limit of the Free tier applies exclusively to GitLab.com. On your own instance, this limit does not exist – in any tier.
GitLab Duo is not just a tier question
The AI features run via GitLab Credits, which can be purchased separately even without Premium or Ultimate. „Duo Core“ is automatically included from Premium onwards.
Ultimate has no list price
GitLab states individual pricing for this; Premium is 29 US$ per user per month (annual payment). You obtain the license directly – we set it up.
