Services: GitLab, automation, software and hosting

The Community Edition is open source and free of license costs; on your own instance there is no user limit. We set up Premium or Ultimate if you need epics, roadmaps, iterations or advanced compliance and security features – we verify the current assignment directly with GitLab before every offer.

The Service Desk is included in all editions. It provides a project-specific email address: requests automatically become tickets, and replies are sent directly from GitLab. A migration from GitHub, Bitbucket, Gitea or an older instance is possible including branches, tags and – where technically feasible – issues and comments, without interrupting ongoing operations.

When a merge request is merged, the associated work item closes automatically – the status stays current without maintenance effort. Milestones, labels, time tracking and effort weighting are included.

If you need control above the instance, you get the PM Suite: overview, portfolio, issues and roadmap in one view. GitLab remains leading – the suite consolidates instead of duplicating data. For smaller teams, the Community Edition is often fully sufficient.

Before implementation, we clarify which data may leave the organization for processing at all and which must remain in-house. You define this, not the tool.

The benefit comes not from the model alone, but from clean integration into your existing processes – including error handling and logging of every execution.

Multilingualism and an editorial workflow ensure that content is actually maintained. For sites built with a closed proprietary builder, we plan the migration to a separate installation – including content, media, redirects and search engine entries.

A prototype costs a fraction of the finished application and prevents costly misdevelopment. This includes a feasibility check and an effort estimate that management and the business department can use to decide.

The result is deliberately a foundation, not a finished product: you can move on to implementation or stop the project at this point.

Development and progress run in the GitLab project, so you can track the status yourself. Handover includes documentation, training and access – with further development beyond go-live if desired.

Your code and your data remain in your hands.

This lets you read up on, modify and, if in doubt, continue operating processes yourself; you are not dependent on us. Where it makes sense, we combine scripting with AI-connected automations: the script handles the fixed part, the model the restless rest.
