Your computer. Faster. Safer.
This is Zorin OS.
Put an end to slow PCs and surveillance. Zorin OS is the European alternative to Windows. Familiar interface, maximum security and ideal for sustainable hardware.
Why Zorin OS is the better choice
Zorin OS was developed with a clear mission: to make technology accessible to everyone without sacrificing privacy. It is the operating system that adapts to you – not the other way around.
Made in Europe
Developed in Dublin, Ireland. Zorin OS is subject to strict European data protection standards. There is no hidden telemetry and no advertising in the start menu. Your data belongs only to you.
Transformation artist
With „Zorin Appearance“, you change the design with one click. Do you like the classic Windows layout? Or do you prefer Windows 11? Or macOS? Zorin OS adapts to your habits so that you don’t have to learn anything new.
Sustainable performance
Zorin OS also breathes new life into older computers. It runs faster and more efficiently than Windows, extends the lifespan of your hardware and reduces electronic waste. Ideal for our refurbished notebooks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why Zorin OS is the safest choice for switchers.
Will my printer work?
In the vast majority of cases: yes, and simpler than on Windows. Zorin OS often detects printers and scanners automatically, without you having to look for driver CDs.
Can I open Microsoft Office documents?
Yes. The preinstalled LibreOffice is compatible with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You can open, edit, and save your files directly. Alternatively, just use Office 365 in your browser.
What is Zorin Connect?
A brilliant feature that connects your PC with your Android smartphone. See SMS on your PC, share files wirelessly, or use your phone as a remote control for presentations. Everything encrypted on the local network, without the cloud.
Is it really safe from viruses?
Yes. Thanks to the Linux architecture and the Zorin Group's security focus, viruses and ransomware have practically no chance. You don't need an expensive antivirus scanner that slows down the system.
