What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter ist eine technische Wartung: Wir sorgen dafür, dass der Server läuft, Updates installiert werden und Backups gemacht werden. Pro ist ein echter Managed Service: Wir überwachen aktiv die Gesundheit Ihrer Anwendungen (z. B. „Ist die Datenbank zu langsam?"), prüfen Sicherheits-Logs und testen Updates manuell, bevor wir sie einspielen.
Do I need to learn Linux?
Nein. Absolut nicht. Alle Anwendungen (Odoo, Nextcloud, etc.) haben grafische Oberflächen, genau wie Sie es gewohnt sind. Auch die Server-Verwaltung über Coolify funktioniert rein visuell im Browser.
What happens in case of a server failure?
Dank automatisierter Backups (in beiden Paketen enthalten) können wir Ihren Server innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf neuer Hardware wiederherstellen. Ihre Daten liegen sicher auf getrennten Speichersystemen.
